I must be doing something wrong... 1 Month ago
... but I can't see what.

I have installed and enabled the plugin but when an article expires it just sits there... expired! I have tried lots of settings and I still can't get it to work so my assumption is that I am missing somthing. I do try to view the front page of the site to trigger the plugin. Do I need to do anything else?

My settings are:

Code:

 BASIC_SETTINGS
Action to perform Move to Archive
*Destination Section/Category - Select Category
+No. of days before article expiration  0

----------------------------------------------------------------------------- ---
Triggers and Filters
Filter by section IDs
Filter by category IDs
Process Unpublished articles  Yes
Process Uncategorized articles    No

----------------------------------------------------------------------------- ---
Extra Actions
Frontpage flag   Remove
Reset Expiration  Yes

----------------------------------------------------------------------------- ---
Notifications
Send notification email Notify site admin(s)
Override admin email

----------------------------------------------------------------------------- ---
Advanced Options
How many items to process at a time  10
Interval between 2 consecutive polling cycles 1

Thanks in advance
Chris

These are standard articles? Not something like K2 articles are they? How many articles do you have and how many expired?

Hi There,

Yes, they are standard articles.

We only have a dozen or so articles at the minute and one expired one. We are running a pilot of a site to make sure it can do everything we want it to.

With the settings you have you should only have to click on about two articles for the plugin to do its work.

I've just looked and it has worked... I must have just been impatient.

Thanks for your quick responses to this. It's good to know an add-on as useful as this has such good support
