Is there a way to send to archive one Section and delete the others?

Not as currently designed. You would need to do this in separate actions, i.e., run the plugin for the period of time necessary to accomplish one action and then change the parameters and run it for the time necessary to accomplish the other. Can't accomplish both actions from one instance of the plugin as currently designed.

You could however, rewrite the plugin and change all of the names to create a second instance however you would have to add code to exclude a section while which is not currently set-up in the existing structure.
