Minor error discovered in XML and language file

Announcing
Jeroen Westera translating the language file for AutoArchive2 into Dutch discovered an error in the XML file that failed to allow for the translation of the string BASIC_SETTINGS. To correct the error see the changes to make in this forum thread http://www.huelsmann.us/forum2/2-support/188-language-file-dutch.html .
The Dutch translation is now available in the language downloads area.
AutoArchive2 download has been updated with the correction to the XML file and to the English language file.
